What is the return policy for BÉIS products?
We offer a 45-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that a $10 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund, unless you opt for store credit or an exchange.
Do you offer a warranty on your luggage?
Yes, our hard-sided rollers come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturer defects such as broken wheels, handles, or zippers. Soft goods and accessories are covered under a one-year limited warranty.
How do I clean my BÉIS bags?
For most of our bags, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For our canvas items, avoid complete submersion in water to maintain the structural integrity of the material.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey.
Does my BÉIS luggage meet carry-on requirements?
Our 21-inch Carry-On Roller is designed to fit in the overhead bins of most major domestic airlines. However, we always recommend checking with your specific airline as requirements can vary.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future.
