Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BÉIS gear as much as we do, so we offer a 90-day return window for most items in unused, original condition. Please note that a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, while exchanges and store credit returns are always free.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase.

• 2.
  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a reason to help us improve your future travels.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
